UPDATE 20 MAR 2025:
Due to personal reasons, artist TYGA's scheduled performance in Taipei has been postponed. We initiated the refund process in mid-January 2025. In accordance with Taiwan's Anti-Money Laundering Act and other relevant regulations, a number of refund requests have been affected and require additional supporting documents for verification. At present, all necessary documents have been signed, and the funds have been transferred to the ticketing platform Eventix. Eventix is currently processing refunds through the original payment method. For inquiries regarding your refund status, please contact tygatix@onionproduction.com, and we will assist you in tracking your refund progress. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

藝人 TYGA 因個人因素導致原定台北演出被迫延期，我方已於 2025 年 1 月中旬啟動退票程序。依據台灣《洗錢防制法》等相關規定，少數退票流程受到了影響，需提供額外的佐證文件進行審查。目前，所有相關文件已簽署完成，票務款項也已轉至票務平台 Eventix。Eventix 正按照原支付路徑處理退款。如原支付路徑退款失敗，我們將改以銀行轉帳方式進行退款處理。然而，依據台灣《洗錢防制法》及相關法規規定，透過銀行轉帳進行退款之程序將更為嚴謹，且需提供更多佐證文件。如需查詢退款進度，請聯繫 tygatix@onionproduction.com，我們將協助追蹤您的退款狀態。感謝您的理解與配合。

Due to unforeseen personal matter of the artist, we regret to inform that TYGA 2024 Live in Taipei originally scheduled on 21 Nov at Zepp New Taipei and the After Party at OMNI will be cancelled. We are working closely with TYGA’s team on rescheduling the show to another date. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. In regards to ticketing, we will be in touch via the original email used at the time of purchase very soon. Once again, we apologise for what has happened.
